Reflectx Oncology Resources is under the leadership of Joe Paris, Division President and Executive Director. Joe, has more than 13 progressive years of experience in healthcare and human capital consulting services. Prior to co-founding Reflectx Oncology, Mr. Parris was the Director of recruiting for a 45 million dollar Health Information management Consulting Firm. His dedication and expertise were instrumental in perpetuating the growth of Reflectx from a start-up company to a thriving multi-million dollar healthcare staffing firm with an impeccable reputation for service and quality. Mr. Parris holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and PHR Certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.

Shirnett Morgan, National Recruitment Manager. Shirnett has more than 15 years of experience, successfully selecting and recruiting suitable candidates, and building lasting relationships in several industries. Shirnett has been a part of the Reflectx team since 2006. She possesses a master's degree in Business Administration and is responsible for the management of our ever growing team of Certified Tumor Registrars (CTRs). Shirnett is highly experienced in identifying qualified and vastly experienced CTR Consultants for placement with community-based hospitals as well as comprehensive cancer programs (ACoS) throughout the United States. Her successful track record for building a leading team of oncology data management experts stem from understanding, recognizing and valuing the professional consultants that collect and manage complex health information.
